If you need to change the name on your Foster Care Academy certificate’s there are two basic steps.
Step 1. Change your account name.
Go into your account admin area by clicking on the icon in the top right hand corner.
From the drop down menu select ‘My Account’.
Then change your name as required and save the changes. This will ensure that any future certificates are saved with the right name from now on.
Step 2. Change the name on existing certificates.
If there are some existing certificates, then you will need to request a name change for each certificate. To do that click on ‘My Certificates’.
Click on the certificate you need to change.
Then click ‘Request name change’ and complete the process. Once we receive the name change request, we approve it, and you receive another email saying that the name change has been completed and you can download the certificate with the new name.
