Need to track to the enrollments and completions of your foster parents/carers?
It can be time consuming to try and keep track of the training completions of all you agency foster parents and carers.
To make this easier, we can create ‘groups’ whereby we setup a special sign up link for your agency and then any foster parent who signs up using that link will be allocated to your ‘group’ and then upon request from you we can run reports and give you a spreadsheet listing all courses completed and enrolled in by your group.
Also, if you have your own training materials and would like them to be accessed via the Foster Care Academy (so you can easily track enrolments and completions, we can look at doing this as well.
Note: If some of your agency foster parents have already signed up, we can also manually add them to your group if needed.
